Mental Health/Wellbeing
Teaching and practicing positive mental health and wellbeing enables every staff member and pupil at St John’s to feel positive, manage their emotions with care, positivity and understanding every day.
Positive mental health is everyone’s responsibility and we recognise that we all have a role to play.
St John’s employs Mental Health First Aiders for anyone to seek support whether it’s around work or personal issues.
Our Aims

- Make sure that wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do, every day
- Ensure all staff have read and adhere to the Mental Health and Wellbeing Access Document
